Do you ship to my country?

I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

Don't hesitate to send me an email or message if you have any questions! I do my best to respond within 24 hours during the work week. My email is bystudiobeans@gmail.com or you can message in the chat option in the corner of the page

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for any reason as long as the item is in its original form and condition and its within 14 days of receiving the item. 

- If the mistake is on my part I pay for return of shipping and ship the correct item immediately after.

- If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not shipping costs. You are also responsible to pay return shipping as well. The refund will be issued when the item has returned to me. 

- If you happen to order the incorrect size, I am happy to issue a return, but return shipping is paid by the buyer.

- If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please contact me via message or email as soon as possible and I will be happy to send you a replacement.

 

Custom and personalized orders

Regarding personalized illustrations please read the description on the listing, or send me a message on Etsy or by mail. I will answer you as fast I can.

 

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Each product is handmade and made to order, so please allow at least 1-2 weeks for processing and production. I am only one person, when launches or big updates are ongoing, please expect some delays. We want to ensure y'all the best product possible for shipment, so times may vary. 

 

How long do you take to ship?

- All items in Norway arrive between 2-7 days from being shipped usually.

- Items to Europe can take a 2-4 weeks.

- Items anywhere else (North America, South America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa) will take between 3-8 weeks, but delays are common.

- If you bought a non preorder item with a preorder item in your order will then ship when preorder items ship. 

 

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders all have estimates for their shipping time on their product page, but more current updates will be posted in preorders info (found at the bottom of the home page)

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

My package hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please check with your local post office first since they have a better idea of your package's whereabouts than us. Please be aware there are still some delays regarding international shipping, so please be patient as we are all doing the best we can. 

We are not responsible for missing packages due to the postal service mistakes, but we will try our best to help assist you by contacting the postal service and try to track down the packages.

 

I accidentally mis-typed my address, what happens?

Please email me as quickly as possible so i can correct it, I can update the information if I haven't shipped it out already. 



How do I care/wash my embroidered apparel?

For best results please wash on 30 degrees celsius and wash inside out. Hang dry to preserve the embroidery and prevent any shrinkage.
